Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento) to achieve sales goals.
- Lead and coordinate digital projects among internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Analyze site and customer data to enhance user experience and website performance.
- Oversee website content management, SEO strategies, and marketing automation efforts.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and relationships with online marketplaces.
- Manage merchandising of products and categories, including product taxonomy and category structure, to maximize sales and improve customer navigation.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience working with Magento or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Skilled in various digital marketing tools.
- Strong project management abilities and technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Self-starter attitude, adaptable in dynamic environments, and customer-centric mindset.
- Interest or passion for automotive or 4WD industries is a bonus, but not mandatory.
