What you'll do
As a Senior Functional Consultant, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the technical development teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating different concepts.
You will be helping shape and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, always leveraging the latest software versions. You will be part of business transformation initiatives, large projects that leverage not only Dynamics 365 ERP, but other solutions such as D365 Customer Engagement and the wider Datacom software business right across the enterprise.
You’ll build and solidify trusting relationships with our clients and actively collaborate on solutions with other teams. You will lead the business requirements gathering, functional design and implementation of D365 Finance & Operations components that meet customers specifications and conforms to Datacom's standards and guidelines.
What you'll bring
- Broad knowledge of Finance and Business Operational topics
- Strong understanding of Finance and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technology direction
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations products.
- Experience delivering in a Waterfall environment.
- Demonstrates a passion for excellence within team including a culture of continual learning to enhance / leverage customer focus.
- Experience in “Business Requirements Gathering” and producing quality functional design documentation
- Experience in “Business Analysis” customer facing engagements, leading and building confidence with the customer
- Advanced understanding of business processes, with a high degree of business and commercial acumen
