Our Purpose

We’re here to deliver better infrastructure for a better tomorrow.

By creating smart, future‑focused transport solutions, we connect people and places—across major cities, growing regions, and remote communities.

Our mission is simple: move people more safely and efficiently through innovative rail, road, bridge, and maritime projects. With sustainability at our core, we design with care for both people and the planet—helping communities thrive and shaping the cities of the future.

We’re not just improving the way people travel. We’re designing vibrant, connected spaces that respect culture, celebrate heritage, and bring communities together.

Ensuring quality, safety, program, and budget requirements are met will be a part of your day‑to‑day, along with building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

You bring:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience working on infrastructure projects with consultants, contractors, or government agencies

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
