A bit about your role
As the Domain Iteration Manager, you will drive the planning, estimation, and execution of system delivery work items, ensuring they meet time, quality, and budget targets. You will play a key role in supporting agile teams, particularly where additional Scrum Master capabilities are needed, empowering teams to self-organise, self-manage, and continuously improve. Through effective Lean-Agile practices, you will help teams communicate, coordinate, and collaborate to meet their delivery goals.
You will also support resource management by identifying needs and providing recommendations to balance supply and demand. Additionally, you will monitor and report on performance, financials, and operations across the technology domain.
A bit about you
If this sounds like your next role, you have a knack for enabling teams to thrive in a dynamic agile environment. Your experience working in agile teams, combined with your understanding of DevSecOps practices and tools like Cucumber, Selenium, and Jenkins, has allowed you to drive effective system deliveries.
You bring hands-on expertise with API integrations (REST, SOAP), have worked in cloud environments like AWS, and have good knowledge of CI/CD frameworks. You will leverage this expertise to support smooth and efficient workflows. Your collaborative approach ensures you can lead teams, match resource needs, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
