We are looking for a Documentation and Training Specialist to play a pivotal role in upskilling existing and incoming FNZers working on our exciting Syn~ Capital Markets platform.

This is a highly influential role at the heart of how we build capability, confidence and quality operators within Capital Markets. You will translate deep product, operational and domain knowledge into best‑in‑class training, documentation and AI‑enabled knowledge solutions that support both internal and external stakeholders around the world.

As FNZ continues to invest in and grow our Capital Markets capability over the coming years, this role will be central to ensuring our people are not just trained but truly enabled to operate at a high standard in complex capital markets environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, author and maintain high‑quality training materials, user guides and operational documentation for the Syn~ Capital Markets platform

  • Own and continuously improve the Syn~Assist knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, structured and up to date

  • Build and maintain AI agents and notebooks that support learning, onboarding and self‑service knowledge access

  • Work closely with product owners, business analysts, solution consultants and SMEs to capture, validate and curate critical knowledge

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally, supporting clients and teams across multiple regions

  • Back‑test AI responses with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance and usability

  • Design and evolve AI‑enabled training experiences for both internal FNZ teams and external customers

  • Develop prompt guidance and best practices for effective use of tools such as Copilot and Rovo

  • Ensure documentation and training stays aligned with product releases and change initiatives

  • Play a key role in improving time‑to‑competency, helping FNZ scale high‑quality Capital Markets capability as the function grows

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years’ experience in documentation, training, knowledge management or enablement roles

  • Strong experience structuring complex information into clear, consumable learning artefacts

  • Understanding of financial services or capital markets concepts

  • Practical exposure to AI agents, notebooks and prompt design

  • Excellent written communication and instructional design skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non‑technical audiences

  • Highly organised, self‑directed and delivery‑focused

  • Experience with enterprise software platforms and operational workflows

  • Exposure to AI‑assisted learning or support tools

  • Familiarity with agile or product‑led delivery models
