The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing administrative support to the Quality Department.

Full-Time Salary Range: $50268 - $85455
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing administrative support to the Quality Department.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, including quality control documents, processes, and procedures.
- Working cross functionally with different groups in the organization to strengthen internal processes and procedures.
- Working with our Quality Management System (QMS) team in coordinating procedure reviews, training, scheduling, and supporting internal/external quality audits.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records, and identify discrepancies or errors
- Organize, file, storage, and retrieval of records in accordance with company policies and requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Department, including maintaining spreadsheets, providing records training, and performing data entry.
- Assist with daily functions including nonconformances, corrective actions, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure accurate and timely documentation of manufacturing processes.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS Degree in a related field (e.g., business, administration, quality control) or equivalent education/experience
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience working in a defense contracting environment.
- Knowledge of record-keeping software and systems (e.g., document management systems).
- 2+ years of office work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Familiarity with quality control regulations and standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
