Strategic Partnership Leadership

  • Design and Execute Partner Strategy: Own and evolve a partner strategy aligned with CoachHub’s revenue goals—across referral, reseller, and co-sell motions(GCP,GSI,OEM,Content & Education providers)

  • Scale the Ecosystem: Build and grow a global network of strategic partners, channels, and alliances that fuel exponential growth.

  • Unlock Joint Value: Shape and negotiate joint value propositions that align with enterprise buying journeys, partner economics, and long-term business success.

Commercial and Operational Excellence

  • Revenue Focused: Drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR through operational excellence in onboarding, enablement, GTM planning, and ongoing performance tracking (KPIs such as partner activation, QBRs, and revenue contribution).

  • Enterprise Mindset: Seamlessly integrate partnerships into complex enterprise sales cycles and GTM execution.

  • Data-Driven Operator: Monitor and optimise performance across the ecosystem using data and insight to drive action and accountability.

Relationship and Influence

  • C-Level Engagement: Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-potential, high-impact partners through strong stakeholder management and relationship-building at the executive level.

  • Cross-Cultural Influence: Operate confidently in a global context, demonstrating empathy, diplomacy, and high EQ in all interactions.

Global Expansion & Market Development

  • Lead Market Expansion: Drive CoachHub’s international footprint through strategic partnerships that unlock access to new geographies and verticals.

  • Future-Focused: Stay on the pulse of market trends and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate through partnerships.

Brand & Mission Advocacy

  • Champion Our Mission: Represent CoachHub with passion, integrity, and credibility at industry events, thought leadership platforms, and in external partner forums.

  • Elevate the Brand: Position CoachHub as a global ecosystem leader in digital coaching, HR tech, and people development.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Expertise

  • Strong experience in channel, alliances, or ecosystem leadership roles -preferably in HR tech, learning & development tech, or related B2B SaaS environments.

  • Proven success in building or scaling a global partner ecosystem from scratch or significantly growing an existing one.

  • Strong grasp of partner economics, joint GTM planning, and negotiating partnership terms that drive measurable ARR.

Skills & Traits

  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, operational discipline, and a passion for partnerships that deliver results.

  • Excellent communicator and relationship manager with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders - from internal GTM teams to external C-level partners.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable - ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced, global scale-up.

  • Deeply aligned with CoachHub’s mission to democratise coaching and unlock human potential at scale.
