The Director of Global Process Automation will lead technology initiatives and improve operational efficiency by implementing emerging technologies and streamlining workflows.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on AI & Automation leader to join our senior leadership team. You’ll roll up your sleeves and drive execution leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation tools to redefine how Sales and Marketing teams operate, this is your opportunity to drive meaningful change at scale. Initially, this role will focus on designing and implementing AI and automation strategies that elevate sales and marketing effectiveness, with potential expansion into other business areas. You will work closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Enablement, Finance, IT, and Documentation) to develop AI-powered solutions, scale their adoption, and build organizational readiness for ongoing innovation.

What You'll Do
- Lead deployment of AI/ML, generative AI, and RPA technologies (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier) to streamline GTM processes for example, sales workflows, lead qualification, content generation, campaign automation, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with Business Systems, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with existing tech stacks and data pipelines.
- Evaluate and manage AI/automation vendors and tools, overseeing pilots, feature enhancements, and adoption efforts.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions across customer journey touchpoints.
- Drive AI and intelligent automation initiatives to enhance GTM efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Build and manage a roadmap of high-impact use cases across the GTM ecosystem, with measurable success criteria and ROI.
- Act as a thought leader on “what’s possible” with AI, bringing innovative ideas and future-looking capabilities to the table.
- Partner with senior executives and business leaders to co-create initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on leadership in large-scale AI and automation transformations.
- 5+ years of experience deploying AI/ML, RPA, and related technologies across GTM functions.
- 10+ years in tech or SaaS B2B environments.
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue operations workflows.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Copilot, Zapier, UiPath, or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred or equivalent experience).

The base pay range for this position is $160,000 - $240,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
