The Role:
We're looking for a Director of Brand & Communications to elevate Apryse's story and make sure the world knows we're the best SDK provider on the planet. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role for a seasoned communicator and brand builder who can connect the dots between what we do, why we do it, and how it feels to be part of it .You'll own our global brand narrative , shaping how Apryse shows up in the market, in the media, at events, and inside our own walls. You'll be responsible for ensuring our story is not only heard, but felt by customers, partners, and employees alike.
Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership
  • Define and evolve the Apryse brand to reflect our innovation, momentum, and purpose.
  • Craft a clear, compelling, and differentiated brand narrative that positions Apryse as the category leader in SDKs.
  • Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all channels, creative assets, and global touchpoints.
  • Partner with design, product, and growth teams to bring the brand to life through every experience.

External Communications
  • Lead our global PR and media strategy, earning attention, not just buying it.
  • Build and manage a storytelling engine across content, video, events, and thought leadership that amplifies our presence in the market.
  • Cultivate relationships with media, analysts, and industry influencers to drive awareness and credibility.
  • Oversee strategic events, speaking engagements, and sponsorships that showcase Apryse's leadership.

Internal Communications & Culture
  • Champion an authentic internal brand that aligns with who we are and where we're going.
  • Lead internal communications to ensure our teams are informed, inspired, and engaged knowing what we're building and celebrating how far we've come.
  • Create internal brand advocates who live and breathe the Apryse story every day.
  • Infuse a sense of fun and connection into how we communicate

Cross-Functional Impact
  • Partner closely with executives and department heads to align messaging and ensure brand authenticity from the inside out.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent teams on employer brand and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage external agencies, PR partners, and creative vendors to deliver world-class brand and communication programs.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or integrated marketing leadership (preferably in B2B tech or SaaS).
  • Proven success building and elevating global brands ideally in high-growth or category-defining environments.
  • Deep experience leading PR, content, and integrated storytelling programs that drive awareness and affinity.
  • A track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • A natural storyteller who can inspire action with words, visuals, and experiences.
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and execution - rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and the power of clear communication to drive culture and growth.
