Based in either Melbourne or Sydney, we will require you to be in the office 1 a week and travel to Client offices may be required as needed.

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Producer with a proven track record in digital project management and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. You'll have a critical thinking mind, a curious nature, and the ability to present your ideas with clear rationale.

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for:

  • Championing Agile Ways of Working: Conducting and facilitating agile fundamentals and product owner training (ICAgile) , taking ownership of agile ways of working within assigned project teams , ensuring best practice approaches are consistently applied , and facilitating all agile events.
  • Project Management Activities: Taking responsibility for timely, accurate, and regular reporting , managing and communicating budget, timelines, and scope changes , and feature roadmapping.
  • Supporting Product Owner: Helping Product Owners with story writing and acceptance criteria , assisting with Jira and Confluence , and filling any gaps due to an inexperienced Product Owner.
  • Accountability for Quality Digital Production: Ensuring our digital products achieve the expected level of quality).
  • Managing High Value Work: Managing large retainers and projects with strategic importance and .
  • Business Analyst Functions: Understanding the client's business domain , creating system, workflow and process diagrams , gathering business requirements , leading technical conversations , and owning and optimising Business Analysis process and strategy.
  • Client Advocacy - Leading: Leading the client onboarding process and preparing and confirming numbers and creating the invoice and sending to client and cc Client Lead.
  • Collaboration: Working on project items as assigned by the Traffic Manager and attending daily stand-up meetings as well as project meetings as required by the project Producer.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously pursuing professional development and growth and maintaining a basic level of agile proficiency (agile mindset).
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Producer, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and facilitating agile events.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management activities, including budget, timeline, and scope management.
  • Experience with Business Analyst functions, including gathering requirements and creating diagrams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and a keen interest in self-development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
