We have an exciting opportunity for a highly passionate, motivated and adaptable individual to join our Victoria-based team as a Digital Performance Specialist. 

The Role: 
This role forms part of a national team of like-minded trainers who are coordinated in their approach to upskilling
the members of the Ray White network in the use and adoption of the One System, Ray White’s core business
operating solution.
You will work with business owners, sales agents and administrators to scale their real estate agency in line with
our data model and recommended way of selling real estate to ensure we achieve our goal of remaining the
largest real estate and financial services business in the Asia Pacific region.
Through your professional training, provided both online and in person, our network will understand each of the
applications and integrations of the One System which will ensure their business is empowered to succeed. Ray
White is constantly investing and innovating in the technology space to provide our network with a cutting-edge
operation system and improve our franchisor value to the network.
Each Digital Performance Specialist works closely with the national team, as well as the local corporate team to
ensure a benchmark level is achieved on the way our offices utilise One System to assist with the selling and
renting of real estate in line with our brand, culture and sales process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Have a strong technical understanding of each One System application and how they fit into the Sales Process within the Data Model
  • Ensure you are across all features and capabilities of each One System application.
  • Attending all training from suppliers and Corporate and self-educate on each Application.
  • Be able to train members of the network across all applications within the One System.
Develop a quarterly plan for your assigned office territory or state.
  • Work within the national template and document the offices you will visit and when. It is expected that 10 office visits can be achieved each week.
  • Each office engagement has an Office visit report completed and shared with the relevant managers.
  • Express Webinars are also expected to be executed consistently across the team.
Conduct regular Technology training sessions with new and existing offices.
  • Work closely with state-based teams to facilitate agreed training sessions at Sales Induction, Partner
  • Program, Office On-Boarding and other similar member conferences.
  • Conduct the training in line with national training material used by all Digital BDE’s and help to evolve this material as the technology is improved or the office processes change.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • No University qualifications are required for this role. However, the preferred candidate could be degree qualified in an IT discipline or be able to review and understand real estate technology applications quickly.
  • Have completed a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment or equivalent. If not, then Formal training qualifications are a distinct advantage.
  • Worked in a Real Estate office and or a Ray White franchise for more than 2 years is preferred.
  • Have conducted or presented in front of a group with structured training material and ensure the attendees are absorbing the material.
  • Experience in technology applications related to Real Estate. (Portals, Listings, marketing submissions and websites)
  • Proven track record training small business or channels in new technology platforms.
  • Has demonstrated ability to write training materials.
  • Has reported professionally to managers on the outcomes of training programs.
  • Must have a solid understanding of IT concepts and related application platforms.
  • Wants to work as part of a team.
  • A natural communicator who can instantly build rapport and show empathy.
  • Has a positive attitude and is purposeful in their actions. Enjoys being around people and explaining concepts related to technology adoption.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creativity and imagination when communicating the agreed training concepts.
  • Highly self-motivated
