You live and breathe innovation, thrive on optimisation, and are driven by performance. In this 12-month maternity cover role, you’ll work with the team to enable the activation, optimisation, and strategy for Aussie Broadband’s Search Social, Programmatic digital marketing.
Based in our Melbourne CBD office (hybrid), you’ll bring your digital marketing experience with hands-on expertise in building and optimising Search & Social campaigns.

Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Digital marketing experience delivering and optimising Search, Social & Prog campaigns.
  • Experienced in keyword research, search account pacing, and best-practice campaign structure.
  • Proven ability to optimise performance using bid strategies in SA360 and Google Ads.
  • Experience building and optimising Meta campaigns, including audience targeting and objective-based delivery.
  • Understanding on how to set up Video and Display campaigns within DV360 from deal set up to creative implementation.
  • Exposure to Google Campaign Manager and Floodlights preferred, with a solid understanding of how Floodlights function required.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering within tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset, using data to shape targeting, creative direction, optimisation, and performance reporting.
  • Confident working in data-driven environments to interpret results and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, embrace change, and adopt new digital marketing technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Campaign Manager.
  • Independently setting up and optimising Search, Social & Programatic campaigns, using insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Campaign Manager.

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Planning, activating, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across paid channels, with ownership of campaign setup, trafficking, optimisation, and reporting against key business goals and internal metrics.

  • Independently setting up and optimising Search & Social campaigns, using insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Identifying trends and insights to inform spend allocation and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Designing, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests using digital marketing best practices.
  • Applying strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Acting as a well-rounded digital marketer with strong expertise in Search & Social, supported by broader channel understanding across digital.
