ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the hunt for a customer-focused, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (CRM) to help grow the Ceres Life brand and create meaningful customer experiences. In this role, you’ll plan and deliver campaigns across email, SMS, social media and Google to attract new customers and keep existing ones engaged.
You’ll manage the customer journey end-to-end—building and improving key CRM activities like welcome flows, abandoned cart reminders and re-engagement campaigns. You’ll use data to understand performance, make improvements and create more personalised experiences for different audiences.
Working across platforms, you’ll help improve the website journey and ensure systems and data flow smoothly. You’ll also support and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, collaborating with creative, tech and external teams.
This role is all about testing, learning and improving—while staying on top of trends in a fast-moving digital landscape. You’re curious, passionate about digital, and use insights to drive better results.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Solid experience delivering customer led digital projects and data analytics strategies
• Strong experience executing customer journeys (e.g. automated flows) and retention strategies
• Strong data, analytics and insights experience and the ability to turn data into insights that deliver commercial outcomes and improve the customer experience
• Strong learning agility, willingness to upskill and partner to continually strive for best practice solutions
• Ability to manage project resources and business stakeholders, including deadlines and budgets
