As a Solution Sales Specialist supporting our digital marketing customers, you'll step into a pivotal consultative sales and business development role, where you'll forge lasting partnerships by becoming a trusted digital advisor to our customers. You will empower clients to achieve their online objectives by offering tailored digital marketing data products and solutions. You will immerse yourself in the digital landscape to identify key business challenges and articulate the value of our digital offerings across various market segments. Your deep understanding of digital trends, platforms, and customer behavior will be crucial in supporting our Sales team and driving successful sales outcomes. You will also be instrumental in developing and executing impactful digital marketing sales strategies and campaigns, as well as delivering essential digital sales enablement education to our talented sales force.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and their unique digital marketing needs to recommend effective solutions (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, becoming their go-to expert for digital growth.

  • Analyze the digital marketing landscape, competitor activities, and customer online behavior to identify opportunities and inform digital sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing and Consulting, to develop compelling value propositions for our digital services.

  • Design, implement, and track the performance of digital marketing sales campaigns across various online channels.

  • Create and deliver engaging digital sales enablement materials and training programs to equip the Sales team for success in selling digital solutions.

  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing sales strategies and provide digital market insights to support the sales process.

  • Present digital marketing solutions and proposals to clients, effectively communicating their value, ROI, and alignment with their business goals.

What experience you need

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a solution sales roles looking at digital marketing or data sales, or a similar role with a focus on consultative selling or business development within the digital space.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders within the digital marketing ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing sales campaigns that drive measurable results (e.g., lead generation, website traffic, conversions).

  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and technologies (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, content management systems, snowflake).

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in developing and delivering sales enablement training focused on digital marketing solutions.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
