Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Country Marketing Lead in the development and implementation of PAID Digital awareness and communication strategy based on brand objectives

  • Orchestrate the Digital customer journey (PAID, OWNED, SHARED, EARNED) from planning to rollout in relevant channels of the Digital funnel until conversion to deliver against KPIs

  • Track all media platforms, search platforms (Google, Youtube, Amazon) and campaign analytics from our brand and competition for agile improvement and adaptations of future campaigns ensuring KPIs are met and ROI is achieved needs to be included

  • Own the OWNED channels (for your area of responsibility), develop SEO strategy and constantly maintain and upgrade the website/shop content in order to create unique user experience and optimize sales

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Paid Social content communication and influencers strategies

  • Provide direction on messaging and tone when corresponding with consumers via email, phone, and social media to ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints

  • Lead macro and micro influencers strategy

  • Identify trends and insights in Digital Brand Management and develop concepts and proposals such as how to optimize relevance, brand fit and overall performance

  • Build and lead the agency teams (from creative digital agency, central SEO agency, to media agencies), as well as develop and implement local guidelines

  • direct line reporting: local Marketing lead (Country Marketing Manager / Director)

  • Interactions (internally / externally)

  • local and regional Marketing departments

  • global E-commerce

  • Global Brand, Digital and Communications departments

  • Local Operations (Countries)

  • external digital Agencies

Qualifications:

Professional experience and education

  • Degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing, ideally Digital Management, Communication or Media management

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG business

  • Experience and proven track record in digital marketing, media management & SEO

  • Good technical knowledge of relevant Digital tools for analytics & data management

  • Social Media platform knowledge and experience

  • Experience in supervising outside vendors and agencies

  • Strong copywrite-, content- and video management capabilities

Specific Knowledge

  • Consumer and customer centricity

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and running global digital campaigns, landing page content, user funnels and social media content

  • Ability to think in brands, digital trends and consumer experience

Specific skills

  • strong business communication (written and oral) & presentation skills

  • negotiation skills

  • strong in interpersonal relationship management, working in cross-functional teams and matrix environments

  • Team player, able to work in mixed teams across different functions
