 Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (APAC) to join our regional marketing team on a one-year maternity cover (From mid-October 2025 to October 2026).

This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Asia-Pacific and Japan, including Australia, India, Singapore, and other key markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in paid digital channels, content creation, creative development, and campaign execution within the IT or cybersecurity sector.
 
While the role is defined as a fixed-term contract, there may be opportunities to explore longer-term roles at Sophos depending on business needs.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across APAC (paid search, display, social, email, and content syndication) aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic display, etc.) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop and optimize creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, applying best practices for performance and engagement across ads, landing pages, social, and video.
  • Create and adapt digital content (landing pages, ad copy, blog posts, nurture emails) tailored to diverse APAC audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Act as a consultant and strategic partner to the marketing and business teams - bringing forward best practices, new ideas, and innovative approaches. Ensure digital campaigns, creative assets, and content are fully integrated with business needs to drive holistic growth.
  • Experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies to design, manage, and optimize campaigns. This includes leveraging custom paid marketing GPTs, AI-driven content creation, video tools, and other emerging platforms to maximize performance and creativity.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, recommending improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Support regional demand generation programs, events, and campaigns with digital amplification.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships where needed for campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the global digital team to ensure alignment with global strategies while tailoring to regional market needs.

What You Will Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within cybersecurity, IT, or B2B technology.
  • Proven experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ), with strong understanding of regional market dynamics, buyer behaviors, and cultural nuances.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in managing paid media (PPC, social, display) and digital content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize creative assets for digital campaigns, with knowledge of creative best practices across formats and platforms.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
  • Solid understanding of digital analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms).
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Knowledge of the B2B tech buyer’s journey and demand generation best practices.
  • Agency/vendor management experience is a plus.
  • Experiecne in writing and creative development/creation including video
  • Familier with and actively using AI tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
