Step into a pivotal role at Oly (Novated Car Leasing Direct to Consumer) where innovation meets execution. As our Digital Marketing Lead, you'll drive strategy and the delivery of campaigns that captivate audiences and generate results. If you're a proactive marketer with a passion for storytelling, data, and cross-channel marketing - this is your role.

The Role:

  • Campaign Planning – Develop and manage campaign project plans, email sends and organic social content ensuring timely and the smooth execution of projects to timelines
  • Content Management – Write and maintain website and email content that’s accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned
  • Performance Reporting – Use tools like Adobe Analytics to track results and share actionable insights
  • Compliance & Coordination – Oversee legal approvals and coordinate with internal teams and creative partners to deliver campaigns smoothly
  • Conversion Optimisation – Implement CRO activities and tests to drive lead generation, customer engagement and understanding of our products and services
  • Brand & Digital Support – Champion the Oly brand, support organic social content, and handle ad hoc digital tasks
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Update all key stakeholders throughout the planning and delivery process

You will Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or campaign management, with a proven track record delivering multi-channel B2C campaigns
  • Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries is well regarded but not essential
  • Skilled in web content management, ideally with experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Comfortable using Adobe Analytics, email platforms and basic CRO tools
  • Able to interpret data and translate insights into practical improvements
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, digital media or equivalent education and/or experience is desirable
