Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Designer at Drive, you will play a key role in conceptualising, executing, and delivering high-performing marketing campaigns that power marketplace and audience growth. Working within the Product & Audience team alongside brand and media partners, you will transform core visual assets into dynamic digital toolkits that elevate performance and content experiences across all channels.

Day to day you will:

  • Design and deliver brand-aligned campaign creative across paid social, display, programmatic, and video.

  • Build, scale, and maintain a systematic creative asset library and production workflow.

  • Integrate AI design tools into workflows to accelerate asset production and rapid campaign testing.

  • Partner with Performance Marketing to analyse campaign data and continuously optimise outputs.

  • Create motion and animation assets to adapt campaign creative for dynamic social video formats.

  • Manage design production, perform QA for visual accuracy, and streamline feedback loops at scale.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in digital design, performance marketing, or campaign creative delivery.

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant design discipline or equivalent practical professional experience.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, supported by a strong digital portfolio.

  • Experience incorporating modern AI tools and automated frameworks into creative workflows.

  • Solid capability in motion design, video production, and performance-driven growth assets.

  • Collaborative approach with a keen eye for detail, typography, and maintaining brand consistency.
