The role

An exciting position the has become available for a Digital Forms Specialist to join the myprosperity team, located in Melbourne.

The role is responsible for analysing hard copy financial forms and creating digital versions for our Partners to streamline the automation of their data collection processes. You will interact and collaborate with the development team to ensure the addition of new and essential fields to the database. Thorough testing of all new fields is also required to ensure high quality and a good user experience.

This role is best suited for an individual with a strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to the finer points and who enjoys interacting with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive forms from partners, set their expectations and provide regular updates while the form is being prepared. 
  • Analyse the hard copy form PDFs provided by external sources 
  • Undertake Version controls for Licensee Forms 
  • Determine any missing fields from the form PDFs in our internal portal  
  • Once all new fields are built, replicate the original PDF as a digital form in the portal using our internal tool. 
  • Test the digital forms thoroughly to verify all fields are replicated and included, and the digital forms are functioning as expected 
  • Deliver the digital forms to partners and receive feedback 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development team as needed

Key skills required:

  • Demonstrate effective communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain attention to detail and use initiative.
  • Preferably possess QA knowledge for form testing.
  • Experience with ZOHO is a plus but not essential
  • Understanding of fact finds or financial forms is advantageous.
