- Oversee BIM execution planning, model audits, and compliance with project and client standards (e.g. VHBA, AusHFG, AS standards, ISO 19650).
- Drive clash detection and resolution processes across disciplines to ensure accurate, coordinated information for construction.
- Support project teams in converting models into construction-ready outputs, such as 4D sequencing, quantity take-offs, and digital set outs.
Digital Delivery & Innovation:
- Champion the rollout of Lendlease digital Standards and tools (e.g. BIM 360, Revitzto, Power BI, drones, scanning, and digital twins) to improve project efficiency, minimize risk and enhance site operations.
- Identify, trial, and implement digital process improvements that reduce rework, streamline workflows, and enhance data capture and reporting.
- Partner with site teams, planners, engineers, and subcontractors to embed best-practice digital workflows throughout delivery.
- Collaborate with the National/Regional Digital Engineering teams to align project innovation with broader Lendlease digital strategy.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor design managers, engineers, and site teams in digital tools and model use.
- Facilitate coordination between consultants, subcontractors, and Lendlease teams to maintain a single, trusted source of digital truth.
- Report on project digital performance and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.
