ABOUT THE ROLE

At Cotton On, we're focused on creating seamless digital experiences that inspire customers to discover, shop and connect with our brand. As our Asia business continues to strengthen, we're looking for a Digital Customer Experience & Trade Manager to help drive performance across our ecommerce channels.

Working at the intersection of digital trade, customer experience and campaign execution, you'll optimise the online journey, bring key trading moments to life, and use insights to continually improve performance.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•    Experience in ecommerce, digital trading, online merchandising or customer experience.
•    A strong commercial mindset and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
•    Confidence using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive results.
•    Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across Marketing, Merchandise and Brand teams.
•    The agility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment.
