Your New Role and Responsibilities  

We have an opportunity to join a small close-knit team that works closely with our client on our client site. Our team has a diverse mix of skills and cross training is a strategy, so flexibility will be required.

Your role in the team will be to design and implement software development practices, services and tools to provide an ecosystem of development environments for streamlined system delivery.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on containerization (e.g., Docker) and continuous integration best practices.

• Establish and maintain DevSecOps standards, tools, and governance, including quality gates and standardized processes across squads.

• Manage infrastructure and environments, ensuring reliability across production and non-production systems, including servers, databases, and networks.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support efficient software delivery through automation, seamless deployments, and version control.

• Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Grafana, Elastic, Splunk) to ensure system performance, observability, and rapid incident response.

What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact  

• Cloud Platforms – Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is highly desirable.

• Containerization & Orchestration – Proficiency with Kubernetes and Rancher for scalable deployments.

• CI/CD & Version Control – Experience with GitLab, Bitbucket, and JFrog Artifactory for streamlined development workflows.

• Infrastructure as Code & Automation – Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible (including Tower), and automated provisioning tools.

• Testing & Collaboration Tools – Exposure to Selenium Grid, Cucumber, and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) for QA and project collaboration.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum of NV2 with the ability to uplift to TSPV security clearance.
