ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a team player with a passion for all things digital and a sharp eye for detail? Here's your chance to join Brandt’s marketing team and make a real impact.

As our Design & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Marketing Coordinators and stakeholders through the design of various creative materials. You’ll also take the lead on Brandt’s social media strategy, manage online reviews and listings, and help optimise our overall digital presence. If you're proactive, creative, and highly organised, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Take the lead on designing key marketing assets — including collateral, campaign materials, emails and landing pages — while collaborating closely with Brandt’s in-house Graphic Designer to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop and manage engaging, accessible, and on-brand digital content across multiple platforms.
  • Lead the organic social media strategy for Brandt across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Manage online listings and customer reviews — keeping business information up-to-date and responding promptly to feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support digital content and campaign delivery across:
    • Landing pages
    • Website updates
    • EDMs
    • Social media channels
  • Monitor, analyse and report on key digital metrics — turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with Australian and New Zealand privacy and digital compliance requirements.
  • Assist Marketing Coordinators with advertising submissions to John Deere, including budget tracking.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications or design.
  • A curious, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn from others.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team mindset.
  • Solid project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and the ability to turn data into insight.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office — especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite — including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and XD. (Premiere Pro is a bonus!)

Bonus points for:

  • Digital certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
  • A good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Previous experience in an agency, studio, or in-house marketing team.

Why Join Brandt?

  • Work with a supportive, down-to-earth team that values creativity and collaboration.
  • See the impact of your work — every contribution helps drive real business results.
  • Be part of a global company with a proud history and strong growth across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the US.
  • Enjoy the stability and development opportunities that come with working for an established industry leader.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
