The Opportunity

As a design Coordinator, you will provide essential support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across planning, coordination, reporting and controls. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective and well‑governed project delivery.

 This opportunity is well suited to someone looking to build a career in project management within infrastructure and capital works programs.

 As a key member of this team, you will be required to:

  • Provide project management support and project coordination across multiple projects
  • Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules, action logs and registers
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes and project documentation
  • Track progress against milestones, risks, issues and deliverables
  • Work closely with experienced project managers and program leads to deliver exciting infrastructure projects
  • Support coordination of stakeholders, consultants and delivery partners
  • Assist with compliance to project governance, WHS and environmental requirements

 

Who are you?

To succeed in this opportunity the skills and experience required are:

  • Experience in a project support, coordination or administrative role (engineering or construction desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach and desire to develop a career in project management
