Job Description
What you get to do in this role:

• Develop actionable insights from analysis to make recommendations on key strategic initiatives such as Digital Transformation and Healthscan
• Develop visual and interactive dashboards that provide insights and track progress on key strategic initiatives
• Analyze critical business process data, and trends leveraging data from dashboards and other internal data sources to analyze process data and generate reports and insights on findings
• Create, deliver and analyze key metrics using dashboards
• Learn and become and SME using our internal analytics tool (Performance Analytics)

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• M.Sc. with Thesis in Data Science related field (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or a similar role, successfully delivering ML/Data solutions.
• Experience using Python for data science and machine learning, including hands-on familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. Experience working with complex codebases and quick to learn new tools, libraries, and paradigms as needed.
• Practical experience working with LLMs (e.g. prompt engineering) and classic ML/NLP techniques to create high-quality solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independence and ownership, ability to come up with innovative solutions and evaluate them quickly.
• Experience with experimental design, data manipulation, analysis, visualization and developing evaluation metrics for ML models.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
