Job DescriptionThe Role
Working with highly motivated product teams and reporting within a dedicated team of Experimentation data scientists, you will be responsible for understanding the value drivers of our key global services/products, assessing their performance, and identifying improvement opportunities through rigorous analysis and the design, execution and interpretation of experiments.
The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of statistical concepts and experimental design and can succinctly explain those concepts to non-technical audiences. You are comfortable working with large, complex datasets and analytical tools, and partnering with engineering and platform teams to ensure experiments are reliably measured within our best-in-class experimentation platform. You collaborate closely across functions to deliver trustworthy, actionable insights that help teams make evidence-based decisions.

As the leading employment marketplace in APAC, we believe we offer a unique value proposition to purpose-driven candidates for a role of this nature: the product innovation and marketplace improvements that you help SEEK to measure and evaluate will translate to millions of additional people finding jobs that they otherwise may not have found. We believe few other companies offer the opportunity to make such a tangible and positive difference at this scale.
