We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Migration Lead to join our team!

This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality data solutions, driving data governance initiatives, and leading technical teams to success. The ability to understand both high-level strategic goals and low-level technical details makes this position an invaluable asset to the Data & AI team.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, problem-solving, and deploying Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics & Data Migration solutions across various industry sectors for the Data & AI practice. Practical experience in the use of AI tools to aid data migration activities would be an advantage.

This role excels in complex data environments at different stages of maturity, leveraging a broad range of technologies to deliver strategic and technical solutions. The position also requires the management of a small team of Business intelligence/migration data experts, building relationships with partners to understand their data quality, data management & AI offerings, and contributing data migration expertise to sales material, RFIs and tenders for DXC.

Technical Skills:

  • BI Strategy: Proficient in developing and implementing BI / Data strategies.
  • Data Migration: Skilled in data migration processes and methodologies.
  • Data Governance: Expertise in establishing data governance frameworks.
  • Solution Design/Architecture: Strong capabilities in designing and architecting BI solutions.
  • Data Warehousing/Architecture: Proficient in data warehousing concepts and architecture.
  • Data Modelling: Skilled in creating logical and physical data models.
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics: Extensive experience with BI tools and analytics platforms.

Professional Experience:

10+ years plus as a Consultant in Data, BI & Analytics, in a client facing role with the ability to manage a team of consultants and developers – previous experience managing a team would be highly regarded.
