- Risk, Regulatory & Privacy Enablement: Embed data governance controls that support regulatory, privacy, and risk management obligations, partnering with risk, legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure controls are well defined and proportionate, and contributing to audits, regulatory reviews, and risk assessments as required.
- Other duties: Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams, influencing data practices and behaviours through expertise, credibility, and collaboration; acting as a central advisor on data governance requirements for analytics, reporting, and advanced data use cases; driving adoption of governance practices through clear communication, education, and stakeholder engagement; and undertaking any other duties aligned with the scope, skills.

You bring at least five years’ experience across data governance, data management, or related disciplines, and are confident translating governance principles into practical, value‑driven outcomes.
You have a well‑developed understanding of privacy legislation, data protection regulations, compliance obligations, and evolving industry trends, and are comfortable embedding proportionate controls that support regulatory and risk requirements. You are skilled at defining and tracking meaningful KPIs to measure the effectiveness and maturity of data governance initiatives and continuously improve outcomes.
