Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the migration of users from Teradata to Snowflake/Databricks
• Analyze existing user roles, access patterns, and usage metrics in the legacy environment
• Design and implement equivalent user roles, permissions, and access controls in the target cloud platform
• Develop and convert ETL/ELT pipelines to support data migration and validation
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained during migration
• Create documentation and provide training/support to end users post-migration
• Monitor and troubleshoot migration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Use AI tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate code development
  Leverage M365 Copilot and chat-based AI tools for meeting summarization, documentation, and debugging
• Use GenAI to generate test data, validate migration logic, and automate test case creation
• Document migration processes and create AI-assisted knowledge artifacts for future reuse
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• 2+ years of extensive experience on Snowflake, Databricks
• Hands-on experience on Github Copilot, AI tools
