Join Mars Petcare APAC as our Data & Analytics Sr. Manager (Developed APAC), leading the transformation of data and analytics across the business (Australia, New Zealand, Japan and China).
Reporting to the ANZ Chief Digital & Information Officer, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, optimizing decision-making, and ensuring seamless integration with global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ANZ Data & Analytics team, driving digital change
- Collaborate with APAC Digital and business teams to align data initiatives with business priorities
- Partner with global teams to implement scalable, high-impact analytics solutions
- Oversee data governance, privacy, and stewardship to build strong data foundations
- Foster a community of Power BI super users to democratize data & analytics
- Manage service delivery for Data & Analytics products
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Modelling, or Advanced Analytics, with 5+ years in CPG
- Expertise in at least two areas: Digital Marketing, eCommerce, SRM, Supply Chain, Smart Factories, or E2E Planning
- Proven experience in developing & operationalizing Data & Analytics products
- Strong leadership in digital strategy and business transformation
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern analytics techniques (AI/ML)
- Ability to collaborate in a global, matrixed organization
