Your role at Exness:

To collect, process, and analyze data to generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves identifying trends, uncovering patterns, and creating visualizations or reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, driving improvements in operations, strategy, and performance.

You will:

  • To define/improve metrics representing the product’s performance and operations efficiency
  • Collect data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
  • Clean, organize, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis.
  • To search for inefficiencies and suggest solutions
  • To assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing and modeling
  • To know well the data landscape and collaborate with Data Engineers to improve it

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Experience working in Agile environments or collaborating with development teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Strong knowledge of Python (pandas, visualization and ML packages)
  • Experience with Spark would be a plus
  • Experience with Metabase and/or Grafana would be a plus
  • Understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Ability to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and hypothesis testing.
