Design target operating models for data and AI organisations.
Support the development of data governance frameworks and AI responsible use policies.
Define data platforms, architecture strategies, and AI capability requirements.
Transformation Delivery
Support clients through AI transformation programs, from strategy through execution.
Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure strategy translates into practical implementation.
Drive AI adoption and change management across organisations.
Key Skills & ExperienceStrategy & Consulting
Experience in technology strategy, data strategy, or AI transformation.
Strong ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes.
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Data & AI Knowledge
Understanding of data platforms, analytics, machine learning, and generative AI.
Familiarity with modern data ecosystems (cloud data platforms, data engineering, AI models).
Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI frameworks.
Business & Advisory Skills
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and business cases.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Preferred Background
Experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or analytics strategy.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, government, retail, or healthcare
