About the Role

In order to build the up the capability of the D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management team we’re looking for someone with the depth and experience to define, lead and deliver implementations and enhancement projects.

As the Solution Architect you will be required to lead the proposed solution (architecture, to be processes) through from concept to realisation.

What else will you be doing?

  • Interacting with the customer - being the key driver of the solution, including the solution architecture, integration designs, migration approach and non-functional requirements
  • Ability to work closely with Functional and Technical leads as well as a desire to engage the wider business to find the right solution for the client.
  • Supporting sales activity - configuring demo’s, creating presentations and supporting business and sales personnel within the sales process.
  • Leading and supporting the wider team - enabling the D365 team members to “Stay up to date” through regular presentations on current and upcoming tools and products, and ensuring best practise is maintained.
  • Staying up to date - upskilling, learning and training peers on Microsoft stack and related products that may relate to current, historic and future implementations.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have plenty of experience leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations solutions. Solid experience is essential – you’ve been involved in Pre-sales, shaped designs, and completed full implementations.

You’ll be comfortable with all relevant possibilities of Dynamics 365 FSCM and have a desire to understand the customer’s problem to ultimately craft and design solutions for the many and varied challenges you’ll face.

You’ll have:

  • Strong knowledge of D365 FSCM and its capabilities which you can translate into non-technical discussions with clients
  • Experience gathering requirements, identifying solutions and producing quality technical designs, both within D365 FSCMand in the wider context of digital business transformations
  • Solid experience in driving customer facing engagements.
  • Advanced knowledge of integration concepts, FSCM design paradigms and a curiosity to learn about new D365 capabilities.
  • A great track record of coaching staff as a team to maximise performance, satisfaction, and elevate team capability.
