Job DescriptionWe are seeking a D365 CE Technical Consultant to play a pivotal role in an upcoming large-scale government project. This is a critical opportunity for a professional with a proven track record to deliver robust, scalable solutions within a high-stakes environment. Success in this role hinges on demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of core .NET development, seamlessly applied to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.
The ideal candidate's background must be rooted in crafting high-quality, maintainable code for D365 CE, specifically leveraging C# for complex plug-ins, custom workflow activities, and advanced integration services. This technical expertise must be coupled with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional results, adhering to rigorous governance standards, and contributing effectively within a fast-paced, Agile development environment. We require a consultant who can not only configure the platform but also extend it deeply and reliably through custom development.
This role can be contract or permanent. We will look at applications for both.
This person will need to have previous experience of working on Australian Government projects
Qualifications- Strong technical background in D365 CE having worked in and delivered a number of D365 projects
- Strong technical background with Power Platform, including PowerApps Portal. You're comfortable with both the foundational aspects and the more intricate details of these powerful platforms.
- Must have prior experience of working on Government or Federal Government projects
- Extensive experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CRM, including proficiency with plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations. You understand how to tailor the platform to meet complex business requirements.
- Hands-on experience working with Azure environments, specifically with Azure Function Apps and Azure Service Bus. Your ability to leverage Azure services for robust and scalable solutions is crucial.
- A strong background in .NET development, allowing you to build sophisticated and efficient solutions that integrate seamlessly with D365.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, enabling you to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, gather requirements, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Previous consulting experience would be highly desired, as it demonstrates your ability to navigate diverse client environments, adapt to varying project demands, and deliver impactful solutions.
