Job Description

At NCS we are currently looking for a strong Permanent D365 CE Functional Consultant to join our large Government ESS project in Sydney.

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Functional Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering a successful D365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert, guiding the entire functional delivery process from initial client meetings to final launch.

Your expertise will be vital as you gather requirements directly from the client, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs. With your insights, you'll craft clear and concise design documentation, setting the roadmap for a seamless implementation. Configuration of the D365 solutions will fall under your purview, ensuring functionality aligns perfectly with the client's vision.

But your impact goes beyond technical expertise. Exceptional stakeholder management skills will be key as you navigate relationships with various parties throughout the project. Your ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and foster collaboration will be crucial for a smooth and successful implementation.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering successful D365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This includes not only strong functional expertise with D365 CE across multiple implementations, but also a solid grasp of stakeholder management principles. Experience working within Azure environments is a plus, adding another layer of value to your skillset.

Please note you can be based out of Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra for this project

Qualifications

  • Deep Functional Expertise in D365 CE: You possess strong hands-on skills across design, configuration, and implementation of D365 CE solutions.
  • Masterful Stakeholder Management: Experience in dealing with stakeholders throughout all project phases is key. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Proven Track Record of Delivery: You have a history of successful D365 CE implementations, with at least three end-to-end projects under your belt.
  • Teamwork Champion: You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with presales and development teams to guarantee a successful project delivery.
  • Business Acumen: You possess a strong understanding of business processes and can translate client needs into actionable D365 solutions.
  • Analytical Mindset: You can analyze complex business problems and leverage D365 functionalities to optimize workflows and processes.
