About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for smart, curious and ambitious minds to join our Customer Experience Reporting and Insights Team at CGL – Retail Services. CGL – Retail Services is the retail marketing division of the Clemenger Group. • We are seeking a mid-level, BI Reporting Analyst who specialises in Tableau to join our dynamic team to deliver and maintain robust, best in-class reporting solutions.

• In this Full -Time role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing client reporting, EOM summaries, insights packs, dashboards and reports using Tableau.

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Manage the backlog of tasks and tickets
  • Utilise Tableau visualisations to deliver simple yet compelling and interactive dashboards, client reports and insights
  • Analyse data sets to address business problems and provide recommendations
  • Troubleshoot bugs and queries at the visualisation layer and follow through to the database for resolution
  • Communicate effectively across different stakeholders at various technical levels
  • Work autonomously or as part of a team to deliver on common business goals
  • Prioritise and balance key milestones and timelines across multiple projects and clients

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Specialise in Tableau, with Tableau Certifications advantageous
  • Expertise in creating visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau.
  • Competence in analysing data sets, quantitative analysis, data mining, predictive modelling and creating data visualisations and data-storytelling while maintaining a high level of data quality
  • Proficiency in SQL, data prep, data modeling, scripting, and database management advantageous
  • Enthusiastic and energetic team player
  • Actively part of the Tableau Community
  • Consumer or retail sales experience beneficial
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
