- Work closely with the team to achieve shared goals
- Maintain high-quality standards when handling customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in speaking Bahasa Melayu
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skill
- High level of professionalism

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with other departments
- Own a laptop and have a stable, reliable internet connection
