The Customer Support Representative will assist with the AED Managed Services program, manage communications regarding AED updates, and coordinate accessory requests with distributors.

The Customer Service Representative - AED Managed Services will be responsible for supporting the AED Managed Services program, which setting up and monitoring the LIFELINK Central platform for each customer, providing communications with customer regarding any changes or updates to their AED's and/or LLC platform, as well as notifying distributors of any requests for accessories and consumables.
