Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to become a HammerTech customer support expert. You will apply your skills and knowledge to aid and support our customers through answering phone calls, responding to tickets (emails), problem solving technical issues, and providing customers with basic training. You are the face of the business and act as a conduit for the customer, liaising with other departments when and as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive phone and email support to customers
  • Provide advanced technical assistance and tailored solutions as required
  • Leverage application expertise to diagnose issues, investigate root causes, and recommend effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the Development team to resolve system bugs and technical issues
  • Liaise with Product teams to communicate customer feedback on features and enhancements
  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and management of client systems
  • Maintain and update online support documentation as needed
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as required
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives as directed
  • Perform additional duties as required from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

  • Online > Proficient in using major web browsers and familiar with their basic settings
  • Software > Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Hardware > Familiarity with both Apple and Android devices
  • Customers > Experience interacting with customers (in person or over the phone) is ideal
