At Plenti, we’re redefining the lending experience, and we need enthusiastic Customer Success Representatives to guide borrowers from initial enquiry all the way to loan drawdown. If you’re ready to combine consultative sales skills with exceptional customer care in a fast-paced, supportive environment, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Proactively reach out to potential borrowers via phone, email, SMS and live chat to complete applications and secure loan drawdowns
• Coach customers through every step of the lending journey, explaining features, overcoming objections and removing barriers to approval
• Re-engage abandoned or stalled applications with creative outreach strategies
• Hit and exceed individual targets for application completions, conversion rates and loan volumes across personal and auto products
• Deliver personalized experiences that balance sales success with responsible lending
• Keep CRM records up to date, capture customer feedback and escalate complex cases when needed
• Partner with the team to share best practices, adapt to process changes and elevate our overall performance
About you:
• 2+ years in sales or financial services, with a proven track record of meeting or beating targets
• Excellent communication skills—your persuasive, empathetic approach wins trust and closes deals
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort managing multi-channel interactions (phone, email, SMS, chat) and documenting everything in a CRM
• A keen eye for detail, a compliance-first mindset and the stamina to thrive on fast-paced call volumes
• A collaborative spirit and the drive to contribute to a high-energy, results-oriented team
