About the role


A key part of our Sales operations is the role of our Customer Success Representative, who sits at the tip of the spear as we continue to grow within the Personal and Auto loans industry. You will work alongside a high performing team delivering sales growth each month. With ambitious plans ahead, we're looking for a motivated, driven, and passionate individual to join us in Adelaide and contribute to our success.


You will help customers realise their dreams with Plenti. You will work with customers to help them get a faster and fairer loan in a multi-channel environment. You’ll be taking inbound/outbound calls and replying to our customers' email enquiries and directing them through getting their new loan! You will provide customers with a personalised journey in securing a new loan with us.


This role is ideal for an ambitious and proactive person with clear lines of progression through the business and an opportunity to develop a career in sales & relationship management.

Be a collegiate member of the team, helping out where possible and supporting your teammates.

• Strong (verbal and written) communication skills


This would be a great role for a smart, customer-focused person who has hundreds of responses to "tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer" and who relishes in telling every story. No call centre experience is necessary so the perfect role to kick-start your career in finance.


Upon successful completion of probation you will have the ability to work from home two days a week.
