What you will love about this role

At 3P Learning, we're committed to building educational tools that teachers actually want to use. Our Brightpath products - Brightpath Writing and Brightpath Maths - are used by schools across Australia and beyond, helping teachers save time on assessment and give students meaningful feedback.

As our Brightpath Customer Success Partner, you'll be the bridge between the schools using our products and our team. This isn't a sales role - it's about building genuine relationships with educators and helping them get the most from Brightpath. You'll support schools in implementing the tools effectively, listen to what teachers really need, and feed that insight back to help us keep improving what we build.

What you will do

Welcome new schools aboard

You'll run thoughtful onboarding for each school that joins the Brightpath family - virtual calls, in-person visits where possible, and training sessions with teachers and leaders. You'll make sure schools understand what Brightpath can do and feel confident getting started. Then you'll stay in touch to see how their first weeks go and make sure they're settling in well.

You'll watch how schools are using both Brightpath Writing and Brightpath Maths, notice where teachers might be struggling, and reach out with ideas, resources, or just a conversation about how to use the tools in ways that fit their curriculum and classroom. This is ongoing support, not a one-time handoff. You'll run training sessions (in-person or online) tailored to what each school needs - whether that's showing literacy coordinators how to use Brightpath Writing marking tools, helping teachers see how Brightpath fits into their assessment cycle, or supporting maths teachers in implementing Brightpath Maths effectively.

Be a voice for schools in product development

As you talk with teachers and school leaders, you'll pick up on the features they need, the friction points, and the opportunities we're missing. You'll feed that back to our product team so we keep building things that actually solve real problems in classrooms.

Build strong, lasting relationships

You'll maintain regular contact with your assigned schools - calls, emails, check-ins. You'll celebrate their wins with them and work through challenges together. The goal is that when schools think about renewing with 3P Learning, it feels natural because the relationship and support have been there all along.

Who you are

You've taught in Australian schools or worked in a leadership role like a literacy coordinator, deputy principal, or curriculum leader. You understand what it's like to plan lessons, moderate student writing, juggle classroom demands, and lead whole-school change. Ideally, you've used Brightpath Writing yourself - you know what it can do and where teachers often need guidance to unlock its potential. You'll also be supporting schools using Brightpath Maths, though hands-on experience with the product isn't essential.

You're the kind of person who:

  • Builds genuine connections with colleagues. You remember what it felt like to be in a new role and you enjoy helping others succeed.
  • Can explain things clearly. You've explained teaching strategies and tools to other educators, and you can do the same with Brightpath.
  • Listens well. You genuinely want to understand what schools are trying to do, what's working, and what's not - and you pass that insight back to help us build better.
  • Is organised and reliable. Schools rely on you to follow through, and they know you'll be there with a structured plan and consistent support.
  • Adapts your approach. You know that every school is different, and you can tailor your support to fit their context and needs.
  • Gets comfortable with technology. You don't need to be a programmer, but you're willing to learn new systems and help others do the same.

What you'll bring

Essential

  • Recent classroom teaching experience in an Australian school, or experience in a school leadership role (literacy coordinator, deputy principal, etc.)
  • Hands-on familiarity with Brightpath Writing - you've used it in your own teaching or attended Brightpath training. (Hands-on experience with Brightpath Maths is not required but knowledge of maths teaching is helpful.)
  • Experience training or mentoring other teachers - you've delivered professional learning, run workshops, or coached colleagues.
  • Comfort with school management systems and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)

Desirable

  • Knowledge of literacy assessment and pedagogy
  • Experience working with schools on change management or new implementation
  • Familiarity with other 3P Learning products

Why you'll love working at 3P Learning

When you help schools implement Brightpath Writing and Brightpath Maths well, teachers save time on assessment and can focus on what matters most - teaching. Students get timely, meaningful feedback that helps them improve. Schools retain tools that genuinely support their literacy and numeracy instruction. You'll be the person who makes that possible - working with educators you understand, in a role that builds on everything you know about schools.

At 3P Learning, you'll be part of a dynamic ASX-listed company with global reach, but your ideas will be heard, your contributions will be visible, and your impact real. You'll also enjoy three extra "purpose days" of paid leave each year to dedicate to what matters most to you - whether that's volunteering, personal projects, or simply recharging. And as a 3P Learning team member, you'll have complimentary access to all our learning products.

Location and working arrangements

This role is based in Australia and, although we're flexible, the ideal candidate will reside within the greater Perth (WA) area. You will work predominantly from home however, there will be occasions for you to travel for local and interstate school visits. The team you are joining is spread across Australia and the UK, so you'll be collaborating across time zones.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
