At Podium, we're transforming how local businesses grow and our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Success Manager for our Auto vertical, you'll be the trusted partner our largest clients rely on. From seamless onboarding to long-term growth, you'll own the full customer journey and make a measurable impact on retention, adoption, and satisfaction.

This is a role for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, solving complex problems, and championing customer outcomes across a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multi-location onboarding, delivering training that gets customers fully connected and confident in Podium's platform from day one.

  • Own a strategic portfolio of accounts, proactively managing health scores, identifying risk, and maximising product adoption.

  • Build deep, multi-stakeholder relationships that uncover real customer needs and deliver value-based solutions that stick.

  • Drive onboarding cohorts to hit key milestones within defined timeframes, keeping momentum and accountability high.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure complete transparency and a seamless customer experience.

  • Become a true product expert, guiding customers through setup and configuration to unlock meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in Customer Experience, Customer Success or Account/Relationship Management with a proven track record managing portfolios, onboarding and driving retention.

  • Experience identifying at-risk accounts, activating disengaged clients, and turning product adoption into a growth lever.

  • The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-evolving environment. You don't just handle change, you lean into it.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that build trust at every level.

  • A consultative mindset. You ask the right questions and craft solutions that actually solve the problem.
