An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and self‑motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Quotation Specialist based at our Mulgrave Branch. In this role you will be supporting the Service and Parts Department by preparing consistent, accurate, and comprehensive service quotations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

The role also delivers effective customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, drawing on strong knowledge of company services and team capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare accurate, timely, and detailed service sales quotations, ensuring strong communication with technicians, customers, and internal teams to support high quotation-to-order conversion.
  • Manage customer enquiries, orders, and issues professionally, delivering responsive and solution-focused service that strengthens customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer interactions, pricing, and documentation while reviewing estimates and invoices for correctness.
  • Identify and communicate additional sales opportunities—including parts, overhauls, batteries, equipment, and rental leads—to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to sales reporting by preparing daily, weekly, and monthly updates on quotation activity, performance, and forecasted outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement by collaborating across departments, participating in sales meetings, and assisting with projects that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and branch performance.

Requirements
  • Proven success in customer-facing or quotation-focused roles.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data and quotations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, documentation, and communication.
  • Ability to perform accurately and deliver high-quality service in fast-paced environments.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) highly desirable.
