We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team at Ericsson as a Customer Project Manager (CPM). The Customer Project Manager ensures that a Fulfillment Assignment Specification (FAS) including products and/or services is delivered to the satisfaction of the customer and Ericsson. The Customer Project Manager is responsible to ensure that adequate cost and resource allocation for compliance to Group and local safety requirements are included in the project scope. In SL Operate the role is responsible mainly to execute strategic projects such as Service Delivery Efficiency, AI/ML, Transformation projects, Re-organization, Migration of MS tools and process.
What you will do:• Drive profit improvement through add-on sales and cost optimization• Lead end-to-end project delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality• Establish project baselines, secure resources, and monitor execution• Manage risks, changes, conflicts, and document lessons learned• Oversee project financials, budgeting, and reporting• Organize governance meetings and report to stakeholders/Steering Committees• Manage customer and partner engagement to ensure contractual fulfillment• Drive service line improvements and automation for operational efficiency• Support pre-sales in contract preparation for new deals• Strengthen CPM discipline by simplifying processes, methods, and tools• Hold authority over project budget and access required business information
The skills you bring:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent) with relevant Project Management certification• Minimum 5+ years' project management experience and 3+ years in people/line management• Strong resource and budget management capabilities• Solid knowledge of customer network products, systems, KPIs, and performance reporting• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills with understanding of Automation, ML, and AI• Deep understanding of customer business context, managed services delivery, and Ericsson service delivery processes• Impact-driven, results-focused, and comfortable challenging the status quo to drive change• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; experienced in leading cross-functional/global teams• Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively at executive level; fluent in English• Demonstrates ethics, resilience, adaptability, conflict management, and strong ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure
