About the role:

Picklebet is a next generation esports, sports and racing betting platform and media brand. Australian owned & operated, we are set to become a major player, both in Australia and internationally. 


Your role as Customer Marketing Specialist is to own & manage all promotional activity to engage our customer base. You'll be working alongside the sporting calendar, planning & executing activity around events such as AFL & NRL Finals, Group 1 Racing & NBA Finals to name a few!


Using all the new engagement platforms and channels in the industry (BRAZE). We don't just send emails. We have a range of marketing channels including; Push notifications, In App messages, SMS, Email, paid media & front end elements to communicate with our customers. You'll be making decisions. We don't have time for layers of approvals. We take calculated risks. Working alongside our lean customer marketing team to deliver a world class digital experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, test and execute event driven campaigns in Braze
  • Own and manage promotional activity and campaign scheduling
  • Lead creative briefing and work closely with our graphic design team to deliver assets
  • Build and manage promotional markets to retain and reactivate our customer base
  • Manage digital assets across our site, mobile app and customer engagement platforms
  • Implement and manage A/B tests to drive efficiencies and optimisation
  • Analyse campaign performance and share insights with the wider marketing team and business.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong task management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once and stay on top of workflows in Monday.com
  • Experience working with Braze or another customer engagement platform such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or Adobe
  • Previous experience in a fast paced B2C tech environment is highly regarded, with online betting or gaming experience a bonus but not essential
  • High attention to detail across campaign setup, QA and delivery, making sure everything goes out clean and accurate
  • A proactive self starter with good problem solving skills who can take ownership and move work forward independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
