As our Customer Integration Applications Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, development, and performance of our customer-facing platforms, including Salesforce and WebMethods, ensuring they’re secure, scalable, and built for growth.
Your impact
Own the full lifecycle of customer integration applications, from planning to performance.
Lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver enhancements and project outcomes.
Shape and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with customer expectations and business goals.
Manage integrations across AWS, CRM, and marketing platforms.
Champion cyber security, data integrity, and compliance across all systems.
Who You Are
Degree-qualified in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years in digital integration and customer-focused environments
Technical knowledge of Salesforce (must have), WebMethods Integration (or mule soft OR any other integration apps (preferred), AWS (preferred)
A strategic thinker with hands-on technical leadership experience
Passionate about innovation, security, and delivering real value to customers
