The Customer Implementation Partner at Team Global Express is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to operational readiness. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations, compliance, and contractual obligations.
As a Customer Implementation Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our customer success strategy.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring customers are operationally ready and set up for success. Coordinate and support internal departments like Sales, IT, Legal, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication to manage expectations and provide progress updates.
- Monitor the implementation process to identify and address potential risks and barriers, escalating issues as needed for timely resolution.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Ensure all necessary personnel are trained and prepared to meet the requirements of the customer contract or service agreement.
- Regularly review and optimise implementation frameworks, tools, and procedures. Provide status updates and support new initiatives to enhance customer onboarding and retention.
Skills and Qualifications
- We’re seeking someone who brings a mix of skills, experience, and passion. Here’s what will set you up for success:
- A degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or Marketing is preferred. Alternatively, equivalent experience in project management or customer implementation is highly valued.
- Familiarity with the transport and logistics industry, or substantial experience in customer-focused roles, is essential.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM are required.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- A passion for identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering better outcomes through innovative approaches.
