A Day in the LifeAn exciting opportunity for Customer Engagement, Training & Operations Support to join as an integral member of our highly successful Cardiovascular (CV) team based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. You will assist in ensuring all our CV Operating Units are supported from a compliance, logistics and customer engagement standpoint to deliver the best possible outcomes to our customers.

Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned:

  • In line with Business Code of Conduct (BCS) guidelines, process, manage and ensure strict compliance of all HCP/HCO compliance contracts and documentation as required via Onit system including sponsorships, grants & donations, consultancy agreements

  • In line with BCS guidelines, process, manage and ensure strict compliance of all Medtronic Training & Educational events documentations and requirements as required via Cvent system

  • Management of HCPs logistics as required through the approved Medtronic suppliers

  • Processing Marketing and Operations related purchase orders & invoices as required via Ariba or Onit systems

  • Indirect supplier set up & maintenance

  • Blanket purchase order set up & maintenance

  • Other general operations/admin tasks as required

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required  

  • Proven experience in an administrative/coordinator role, preferably if have experience supporting sales &/or marketing, compliance or logistics

  • Experience in MedTech or Healthcare industry but open to experience in other sectors

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow processes and use of systems

  • Ability to work with tight timelines with a can-do attitude

  • Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
