About the opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Customer Development Manager for the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

With direction from both your Channel Manager and the Branch Managers at the NAPAs that you support, you will build effective, productive relationships with our target customers.  Through these relationships, you will understand our customers needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their basket with NAPA.  You are ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory.

All about you:

You are highly engaging with a passion for providing solutions and service and will have a demonstrated and successful track record in the development of business or account management across parts and equipment. Comfortable acquiring new accounts, your strong communication and negotiation skills will hold you in good stead along with your team focussed attitude and passion to be the best!

In addition, you will also:

  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions.

  • Achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach

  • Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • A valid Australian driver's licence is required

  • A passion for all things automotive
